This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core and AiStudio.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Invite attendees to your event at a suggested time<\/h1>\n

This feature helps you invite attendees to your event at a suggested time based on their working hours and available times.<\/p>\n

You can quickly find a time when all the attendees are available within 2 weeks from the specified date and time.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap \"\" in Calendar.<\/li>\n
  2. Add attendees.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap 'Recommended time'.<\/li>\n
  4. Select a suggested time and tap 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The meaning of colors for suggested times is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/td>\nSome attendees unavailable<\/td>\nThe time when most attendees are available but some are not<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Tap \"\" of the time when some attendees are not available to check their information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    1. Click 'New Event' at the top left of Calendar.<\/li>\n
    2. Add attendees.<\/li>\n
    3. Click 'View Suggested Times'.<\/li>\n
    4. Set whether to use 'Show only available times for all'. If it is turned on, only the times when all attendees are available are displayed.<\/li>\n
    5. Click a suggested time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Specify the start and end times of your event based on the event duration you want, and check the suggested times.<\/li>\n
