{"id":397777,"date":"2026-04-03T10:46:18","date_gmt":"2026-04-03T01:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/?post_type=use-guides&#038;p=397777"},"modified":"2026-04-06T13:44:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T04:44:24","slug":"sync_fail_conflict","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/sync_fail_conflict\/","title":{"rendered":"Sync failures and conflicts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<h1>Sync<\/h1>\n<p>The term 'sync' refers to 1:1 folder sync.<\/p>\n<p>With this feature, you can link 1 folder from NAVER WORKS Drive with 1 folder on your PC, and any changes made on the PC web, mobile app, or Drive Explorer are reflected in real time in your PC folder.<\/p>\n<p>This allows you to update Drive Explorer tasks to the PC web or mobile app in real time.<\/p>\n<p>Data restricted by Drive policies, such as files restricted by an administrator, malicious code, or special character folders, cannot be synchronized.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of files restricted by an administrator, synchronization is not performed because an administrator has prohibited the synchronization of the extensions of specific files, so you must check with an administrator for detailed registration details.<\/p>\n<p>Synchronization is also not supported in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you specify a folder within a (third party's) virtual drive as the My Computer folder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Regulations on files<\/h2>\n<p>NAVER WORKS Drive restricts and regulates files in this area.<\/p>\n<p>Even if the upload proceeds as normal in Drive Explorer, if the sync does not work properly, please check the following items.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; width: 61.1703%; height: 435px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 25px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 21.547%; height: 25px;\"><strong>CASE<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 47.8001%; height: 25px;\"><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 105px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 21.547%; height: 105px;\"><strong>Your browser environment is not supported<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 47.8001%; height: 105px;\">If Windows OS is in an unsupported browser environment such as Internet Explorer, folder uploading will not be supported properly.
