This feature is available for the Business, Business Plus, or Enterprise plan of ClovaNote.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

When an administrator enables Auto Speaker Identification, the AI automatically identifies each speaker in the transcript of the note.<\/p>\n

To use Auto Speaker Identification successfully, you must use the Contacts list to specify participants directly from the voice blocks in your notes so that the AI can learn each voice.<\/p>\n

After you have specified a participant once, the AI automatically recognizes that person in subsequent meetings, allowing you to complete accurate meeting minutes without having to enter each participant's name individually.<\/p>\n

The more participants you specify, the more accurate automatic identification will be in subsequent meetings.<\/p>\n

  2. This displays the Change Participant layer.<\/li>\n
  3. Search the Contacts list for the speaker of the section and select them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      When you specify a participant, the audio data of that section is stored and used for AI identification learning.<\/p>\n

      The more actively you specify participants, the more accurate automatic identification will be.
      \n<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

      Once speaker identification is complete, the screen will be updated as follows:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • The default profile image is converted to the actual profile image registered in Contacts.<\/li>\n
      • The temporary name marked as 'Participant n' changes to the actual username in Contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Change participants<\/h1>\n

        Results identified by AI or personally specified participant information may be corrected at any time while using the service.<\/p>\n

        When you change a participant, the participant information for that block is updated.<\/p>\n
