\nThis feature is available after applying for the Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core or Standard Plus plan of WORKS Drive.
\n<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

By entering metadata into files, you can classify files and find them more quickly.<\/p>\n

You can enter values according to the template created by the administrator, as well as check and edit the entered information in the details area.<\/p>\n

  • You need 'Permission to edit' to enter or edit metadata.<\/li>\n
  • Deleted metadata cannot be restored.<\/li>\n
  • You can apply up to 10 templates to one file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    Enter metadata<\/h1>\n

    PC Web<\/h3>
    \n
      \n
    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click \"\" to the right of the file.<\/li>\n
    4. Click 'Metadata'.<\/li>\n
    5. Select the template to apply from the template search bar.<\/li>\n
    6. Enter values for each item.<\/li>\n
    7. Click 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      You can also enter values in the 'Metadata' tab on the right side of the screen by opening the file in preview.<\/p>\n

      If you do not fill in the required fields, the 'Confirm' button will not be activated.<\/p>\n

      Modify metadata<\/h1>\n

      1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
      2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
      3. Click \"\" to the right of the file.<\/li>\n
      4. Click 'Metadata'.<\/li>\n
      5. In the 'Metadata' section, click \"\" of the template you want to edit.<\/li>\n
      6. After modifying the values, click 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

        The item names of templates created by the administrator cannot be edited. Only the entered values can be edited.<\/p>\n

        Delete metadata<\/h1>\n

        1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
        2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
        3. Click \"\" to the right of the file.<\/li>\n
        4. Click 'Metadata'.<\/li>\n
        5. Click \"\" of the template you want to delete.<\/li>\n
        6. Click 'Delete'.<\/li>\n
        7. Click 'Confirm' in the guidance dialog window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

          Deleted metadata cannot be restored.<\/p>\n

          Enter Custom Metadata<\/h1>\n

          If the administrator has allowed the use of Custom Metadata, users can directly define item names and values to input metadata.<\/p>\n

          • Only one Custom Metadata can be used per file.<\/li>\n
          • Custom Metadata is not searchable and is not included in the automatic application of folder templates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

            6. Enter the item name and value.<\/li>\n
            7. Click 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

              You can add up to 50 items.<\/p>\n

              Check metadata in the Drive app<\/h1>\n

              The Drive app allows you to check entered metadata. To input, edit, or delete metadata, use the PC web interface.<\/p>\n

              3. Tap the template to check in the 'Metadata' section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

                Files without metadata entered will not display the metadata section.<\/p>\n
