To use voice\/video calls and screen sharing in the NAVER WORKS app, you must allow the app to access the microphone, camera, and screen recording.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

Allow access to the microphone and camera on your iOS device<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. When you are using the voice\/video call for the first time, tap 'Confirm' on the popup asking for permission.<\/li>\n
  2. If you want to allow access after selecting 'Don't Allow,' you will need to adjust your device settings.\n
      \n
    1. Go to your device's Settings.<\/li>\n
    2. Tap 'NAVER WORKS' from the list.<\/li>\n
    3. Under 'Allow NAVER WORKS access', set 'Microphone' and 'Camera' to ON.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. When you are using the voice\/video call for the first time, tap 'Allow' in the popup asking for access.<\/li>\n
      2. If you want to allow access after selecting 'Deny', you will need to adjust your device settings.\n

        1. Select 'Settings > Apps > NAVER WORKS' on your device.<\/li>\n
        2. Select 'Permissions' in App info.<\/li>\n
        3. Allow access to 'Microphone', 'Phone', and 'Camera'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

          Allow access to microphone and camera on Windows OS<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. Go to Windows \u2018Settings > Privacy > App permissions\u2019.<\/li>\n
          2. Go to the 'Microphone' and 'Camera' menus.<\/li>\n
          3. On that page, allow both microphone and camera access.<\/li>\n
          4. Restart the app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
