Configure your template by adding questions and items.<\/p>\n

Add or edit questions<\/h1>\n

A template can consist of multiple questions, and the question content can be freely modified.<\/p>\n

        Selection<\/td>\nThe template editor selects one or more answer choices for a given question.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Free response<\/td>\nThe template editor directly enters the content. You can limit the answers to only numbers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Date<\/td>\nThe template editor directly enters the 'Date' or 'Date+Time' format.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Image<\/td>\nThe template editor can attach up to 3 images.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Dropdown<\/td>\nThe template editor selects an answer choice from a given list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Rating<\/td>\nThe template editor selects a score for a given question.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
