You can save the message contents as a file in .txt format.<\/p>\n

However, only the content currently displayed on the screen can be saved.<\/p>\n

You can also save messages in Note<\/a> or download message logs at Audit<\/a> in Admin.<\/p>\n

  2. Click the message room you want to save.<\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\" at the top right of the message room.<\/li>\n
  4. Click 'Save Messages'.<\/li>\n
  5. Read the precautions and click 'OK'.<\/li>\n
  6.
