{"id":53743,"date":"2019-11-21T17:20:47","date_gmt":"2019-11-21T08:20:47","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/multi-account\/"},"modified":"2024-09-24T17:19:25","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T08:19:25","slug":"multi-account","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/personal\/multi-account\/","title":{"rendered":"Use multiple accounts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you have multiple NAVER WORKS accounts, you can add and use multiple accounts in the mobile app.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can receive notifications for all accounts you've added, or set different notifications for each account.<\/li>\n<li>Effortlessly switch between multiple accounts you've added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This feature is only available on the mobile app. To switch to a different account from PC web, PC app, or Drive Explorer, you need to log out and log in to another account.<\/p>\n<h1>Add another account<\/h1>\n<p>You can add up to 5 accounts to the NAVER WORKS mobile app.<\/p>\n<h2>Add an account<\/h2>\n<p>You can add a second account while logged in to your first account.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Tap your company\/organization name at the top left.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Add Account'.<\/li>\n<li>Log in with the account you want to add.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Switch accounts<\/h1>\n<p>You can switch to another account you have added as below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tap the push notifications received from other accounts<\/li>\n<li>Switch from the Account Switching menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap your company\/organization name at the top left in '<del><\/del>Home<del><\/del>' or profile icon on the top right in other service screens.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the other account you want to switch to.<br \/>\nIf the account to switch has been logged out, you can log in again to switch to the account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Log out or remove your accounts<\/h1>\n<p>If you no longer want to use the accounts you have added, you can log out or remove them from your device.<\/p>\n<h2>Log out of your account<\/h2>\n<p>If you are not using the account as of now and want to use it later, you can log out of that account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This does not automatically delete previously synced data.<\/li>\n<li>You will no longer receive notifications from this account.<\/li>\n<li>You will need to log in again the next time you want to use the account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap your company\/organization name at the top left in '<del><\/del>Home<del><\/del>'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Manage' at the top right.<\/li>\n<li>Turn on or off the account you want to log out of.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h2>Remove an account from your device<\/h2>\n<p>If you no longer want to use your account on this device, remove it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The account will be removed from the account list on your device, along with the data you have synced.<\/li>\n<li>Note that even if you remove an account from your device, it doesn't mean that it will delete your NAVER WORKS account.
