For seamless collaboration, you can use the Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list features with your team members.<\/p>\n

Only the team leader can set whether to use team features.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap 'Contacts'.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Company Members' at the top.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap \"\" in the organization chart.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Manage Team'.<\/li>\n
  5. Tap 'Message Room Features'.<\/li>\n
  6. Change the message room features settings and tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  7. Tap 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Contacts'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the team name of 'Company Members' on the left menu.<\/li>\n
    4. Click \"\"\u00a0right to the contacts search bar.<\/li>\n
    5. Change the message room features settings and click 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Delete Team Message Room features data<\/h1>\n

      The team leader can delete Message Room Note, Event, and Folder data to secure shared storage.<\/p>\n

      After deleting data, it may take some time for the changes to be reflected.<\/p>\n
