{"id":53766,"date":"2019-08-21T19:18:41","date_gmt":"2019-08-21T10:18:41","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/set-popup-notifications\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T15:03:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T06:03:07","slug":"set-popup-notifications","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/notification\/set-popup-notifications\/","title":{"rendered":"Notification settings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You can set whether to receive mobile app\/popup notifications or service-specific notifications.<\/p>\n<h1>Mobile app\/popup notifications<\/h1>\n<p>You can set whether to receive mobile app notifications on mobile, and popup notifications on PC apps and PC web when there is a new message\/email\/service notification.<br \/>\nSettings can be applied differently for each environment\/device in use.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Message Notification: Receive mobile app\/popup notifications for new messages.<\/li>\n<li>Mail Notification: Receive mobile app\/popup notifications for new emails.<\/li>\n<li>Service Notification: Receive mobile app\/popup notifications for new service notifications.<br \/>\nIf you don't want to receive notifications simultaneously on NAVER WORKS and Drive app, disable 'Drive Notification'.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, for mobile, you must first <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/set-device\/set-device-notifiation\/\">set up device notifications<\/a> on your iOS or Android device. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/board-notification\/\">Board notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Message Notifications: Check if you are receiving duplicate notifications in PC and mobile app while using PC web popup notifications. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/message\/settings\/set-message-notification\/general-notification-setting\/\">Message notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Mail Notification: Change the notification settings for emails from Favorites or each mailbox. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/mail\/settings\/notification\/\">Mail notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Calendar Notifications: Change the notification settings for events or each calendar. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/calendar\/calendar-settings\/set-event-alert\/\">Calendar notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Task Notifications: Change the notification settings for task assignments, completion, changes, and incomplete task reminders. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-setting\/notification\/\">Calendar notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Notification: Change the notification settings for file unlock and sharing invitations. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/settings\/drive-notification\/\">Drive notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Form Notifications: Change the notification settings related to forms you created or participated in. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/form\/form-notification\/\">Form notification settings<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Business Support: Set notifications for approval, attendance, and reservation. For more information, refer to the <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/support-etc\/settings\/#i-4\">notification settings of each menu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Show notifications on each browser<\/h1>\n<p>If you have blocked browser notifications from showing, you will not receive any web popup notifications.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, change to 'Allow' through the path below, and then select 'PC Web Pop-up Notification' in the 'Settings\u00a0> Notification' screen of the NAVER WORKS service to allow the display of notifications.<\/p>\n<p>You can access Settings by clicking <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-161944\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/setting.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>\u00a0at the top right.<\/p>\n<h2>Chrome<\/h2>\n<p>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37259\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-20-more-767676_2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/> at the top right of the browser. Go to 'Settings > Security and Privacy > Site Settings > Notifications' and add 'notify.worksmobile.com' to the 'Allowed' list.<\/p>\n<h2>Microsoft Edge<\/h2>\n<p>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-37257\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/icon-n-20-more-434343.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top right of the browser.
