You can prevent such spam filtering by adding the group to the <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/mail\/settings\/spam-mail\/#i-2-2\">safe senders list<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>-: Filter emails written in specific languages to 'Spam'. You can filter all emails written in other languages as spam or choose specific languages among English, Japanese, Russian, and Chinese.<\/li>\n<li>Filter return emails for unsent emails as spam: Filter emails failed to send, but were not attempted by you, to 'Spam'.<\/li>\n<li>Automatically move spam: Filter spam-suspicious emails received in the Inbox to 'Spam'.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Save' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p>You can also click 'Cancel spam' from 'Spam' to undo the spam filtering.<\/p>\n<h2>Reported spam emails cannot be restored.<\/li>\n<li>Block email reported as spam: Add senders of emails reported as spam to the block list.<\/li>\n<li>Mark emails from the same sender as spam: Report all emails from the same sender as spam.<br \/>\nIf you report an email with an impersonated sender address, even an email without issues may be reported as spam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Save' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Allow to receive emails<\/h1>\n<p>Allow to receive emails sent from a specific email address or domain.<\/p>\n<p>Emails from addresses you have
