This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Back up your emails to PC<\/h1>\n

You can use the email backup function to free up space or create copies of important emails on your PC.
\nYou can back up your emails by clicking \"\" that appears when you hover over a mailbox and selecting 'Backup', or by adjusting the settings as shown below.<\/p>\n

  1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
  2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
  3. Click \"\" at the top right in Mall.<\/li>\n
  4. Click 'Manage\/Filter Emails > Manage\/Back up Mailbox'.<\/li>\n
  5. In the 'Manage' section of the mailbox you want to back up, click 'Backup'.<\/li>\n
  6. By clicking 'Download' on the right, save the .zip file to your PC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

    The .zip file contains the data of each email in the .eml format.
    \nIf the mailbox to back up is 2 GB or larger, files are created in units of 2 GB.
