{"id":54122,"date":"2019-01-14T18:40:38","date_gmt":"2019-01-14T09:40:38","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/response-survey\/"},"modified":"2024-09-24T17:13:39","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T08:13:39","slug":"response-survey","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/form\/response-survey\/response-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Respond to forms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><br \/>\nMembers can view the received form and submit their responses within the designated response period.<\/p>\n<h1>Check received forms<\/h1>\n<p>View the forms you're assigned to respond to or have already completed.<\/p>\n<p>You can check the list of received forms in total or by progress.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All: You can view the list of all forms.<\/li>\n<li>In Progress: You can view the list of forms in which <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/write-survey\/settings\/general\/\">the form period<\/a> has not ended.<\/li>\n<li>Closed: You can view the list of forms in which the period you can respond has ended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Form'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4673\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/common_24_menu_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top left and then 'Received Forms'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'All', 'In Progress', or 'Closed' at the top to view the form list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-164344\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ic20_viewtype_thumbnail_767676.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Form'.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Click 'Received Forms' on the left menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click All.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'All', 'In Progress' or 'Closed' to view the form list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h1>Respond to received forms<\/h1>\n<p>You can respond to forms from the received form list, or through emails, messages, and posts in Board.<\/p>\n<p>However, you can only respond to forms during the <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/form\/write-survey\/settings\/general\/\">form period<\/a>. If the form is targeted for specific members, only those who are selected can respond to the form.<\/p>\n<p>If you exit while responding, your progress will be saved temporarily, allowing you to continue later.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Respond' on the received form list. Alternatively, you can tap the 'Respond' button in the form that was received via posts, messages, emails, etc.<\/li>\n<li>After responding to the form, tap 'Submit' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click 'Respond' on the received form list.
