This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nIf you do not want other members to edit the file in the message folder, 'File Lock ' function is available.<\/p>\n

When a file is locked, other members can only read the file and cannot edit the file with the same file name.<\/p>\n

When a file is locked, \"\" will be displayed on the list.<\/p>\n

Lock a file<\/h1>\n

Members with the permission to edit can lock files in the message room folder.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap \"\" of the file to lock.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'More Info'.<\/li>\n
  3. Enable 'File Lock'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Message'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click a message room from the list at the left.<\/li>\n
    4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.<\/li>\n
    5. Click \"\" right to the file you want to lock.<\/li>\n
    6. Click 'Lock'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Check the file lock information<\/h1>\n

      You can check the lock date and locker information for locked files.<\/p>\n

      1. Tap \"\" next to the file you want to check the lock information.<\/li>\n
      2. Tap 'More Info'.<\/li>\n
      3. Check the lock date and who locked it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

        1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
        2. Click 'Message'.<\/li>\n
        3. Click a message room from the list at the left.<\/li>\n
        4. Click the 'Folder' tab right of the message room.<\/li>\n
        5. Click \"\" next to the file you want to check the lock information.<\/li>\n
        6. Click 'File Lock Info' to check the 'Locking date' and the 'User who locked the file' in the 'File Lock Info' window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

          Unlock a file<\/h1>\n

          Members with the permission to edit can unlock files in the message room folder.<\/p>\n

          When a file is unlocked, the person who locked the file receives a notification.<\/p>\n
