When external contacts are blocked<\/a>, members who have been granted external connection permissions by the administrator can view, unblock, or delete the blocked external contacts.<\/p>\n

Check blocked contacts<\/h1>\n

You can view the list of blocked users.<\/p>\n

  2. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  3. Tap 'Chat with External Users'.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Blocked Members' to check the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    2. Click 'Message'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click \"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
    4. Click \"\" right to 'Manage Blocked External Users'.<\/li>\n

      5. View the list of blocked users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

        Unblock blocked contacts<\/h1>\n

        You can unblock users who have been blocked.<\/p>\n

        If you unblock the users, you can receive messages from them again.<\/p>\n
