This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nIn the 'Others' section of the calendar, you can view the schedules of both your team members and members of other teams. Frequently viewed members can be added to pinned schedule groups.<\/p>\n

Viewing member schedules is only available if the administrator has enabled the view member schedules<\/a> option.<\/p>\n

Whether or not to disclose the details<\/a> of a member's schedule follows the administrator's settings by default, and changes according to the schedule settings<\/a> of each member.<\/p>\n

However, members with restricted access to the organization chart<\/a> by the administrator can only view the schedules of specific members.<\/p>\n

Team members' schedules<\/h1>\n

You can see the schedules of your team members.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap 'Others' at the top in Calendar, or tap \"\" and then 'Others'.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  3. Tap your team name under 'My Department'.

  4. Tap \"\"<\/span>\"\" at the top right, and select among 'Week', '3 Days', or 'Day' for the view type.

    Week<\/td>\nThe week view allows you to view members' schedules for 7 days at a time. If you disable \u2018Settings > Calendar View Options> Show Weekend in Weekly View\u2019, you can view members' schedules for 5 days at a time.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    3 Days<\/td>\nIn the 3-day view, you can view members' schedules for 3 days at a time.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Day<\/td>\nIn the day view, you can view members' schedules by time slot.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the \u2018Week\u2019 and '3 Days' views, you can check other members' schedules by scrolling vertically, and check schedules for other days by scrolling horizontally.<\/p>\n

          Pinned Schedule Groups<\/h1>\n

          You can add frequently checked members to a pinned schedule group to view their schedules in one place.<\/p>\n

          3. Tap 'Manage Pinned Schedule Groups'.<\/li>\n
          4. Tap \"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
          5. Enter a name for the group.<\/li>\n
          6. Tap \"\" right to 'Members, teams, or groups to collectively view schedules' to add members to view the schedule.<\/li>\n
          7. Tap 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Create in member schedule search<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. Tap 'Others' at the top in Calendar, or tap \"\" and then 'Others'.<\/li>\n
            2. Tap \"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
            3. Select the member whose schedule you want to view and tap 'OK'.<\/li>\n
            4. From the member schedule search results, tap\"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
            5. Enter a name for the group.<\/li>\n
            6. Tap 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

              4. Search for and select members, teams, or groups to view their schedules together.<\/li>\n
              5. Click 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
