The status message that displays the company name is fixed and cannot be changed.<\/p>\n<h1>Add a LINE User<\/h1>\n<p>To add a LINE user to 'External Contacts', you must be added as a friend of a LINE user first.<\/p>\n<p>LINE users can add you as a friend by using the invitation link or QR code you forwarded, or by searching for My Message ID on LINE.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Contacts'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4627\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/icon_plus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Add External Contacts'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'LINE User'.<\/li>\n<li>Share a QR code or business card image with LINE users to add you as a friend.\n<ul>\n<li>QR code: You can save or share a QR code with an invitation link as an image.<\/li>\n<li>Business card image: You can save or share a business card image containing your information such as name, company, phone number, and email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>When a LINE user adds you as a friend, a message room with the LINE user is created in NAVER WORKS. You cannot edit the profile photo and the nickname as they are synced to the LINE user information.<\/p>\n<p>Since a number of the LINE users prefer nicknames (display name), editing their names in Contacts will make it easier for you to distinguish them.<\/p>\n<p>LINE users you add are saved in 'External Contacts' and will be available in 'All Contacts' of 'External Contacts' and 'External'.
