To use the mobile app securely, you can enable a screen lock to activate each time you reopen the app.<\/p>\n

Setting a screen lock helps keep your work data safe.<\/p>\n

Enable screen lock<\/h1>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  3. Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Screen Lock' under 'Unlock with PIN' to enable the screen lock.<\/li>\n
  5. Set a PIN to unlock the screen.\n
      \n
    • If no PIN is added, enter a new PIN and confirm it once again to add your new PIN and activate 'Screen Lock'.<\/li>\n
    • If the 'Quick Login' is activated in advance, enter the same PIN to enable 'Screen Lock'.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • After adding your PIN, you can then enable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification'.\n
        \n
      • If you enable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification', you can log in using biometric authentication methods (e.g., fingerprint, face recognition, or any other method provided by your device) instead of entering a PIN.<\/li>\n
      • If you disable 'Unlock with Biometric Verification', you can only log in by entering a PIN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

        1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
        2. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
        3. Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.<\/li>\n
        4. Tap 'Unlock with PIN' under 'Screen Lock' to disable the screen lock.<\/li>\n
        5. Enter your PIN to disable the 'Screen Lock'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

          Change your PIN<\/h1>\n

          You can change the PIN used for 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick login (Mobile app)' on your mobile app.<\/p>\n

          2. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
          3. Tap 'Login and Security' to go to the screen where you can configure the 'Screen Lock' and 'Quick Login' features.<\/li>\n
          4. Tap 'Change PIN' at the bottom<\/li>\n
          5. Enter your current PIN.<\/li>\n
          6. Enter a new PIN. Please note that you cannot use the current PIN as your new PIN.<\/li>\n
          7. Confirm your new PIN to complete PIN registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
