This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can download photos, videos, or files attached to 'Post' to your device.<\/p>\n

View and download photos<\/h1>\n

You can view photos attached to posts in larger size and download them to your device, Drive, or Folder.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  1. Tap a photo you want to download from the post.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap \"\".
    \nTo download all files at once, tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  3. Select 'Save on Device',\u00a0'Drive' or\u00a0'Folder'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Message'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click a message room from the message room list.<\/li>\n
    4. Click a post from the post list in the 'Note' tab on the right side of the message room screen.<\/li>\n
    5. Click \"\" right to the photo to download, or click \"\" to save the photo to Drive or Folder.
      \nTo download all files at once, click 'Save All'. Then, select \u2018Save to PC\u2019 and the files will be compressed and saved as a ZIP file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Edit photos<\/h1>\n

      If 'Restrict file download on mobile app' is set to 'Do not restrict' in Admin, you can edit photos before downloading them.<\/p>\n

      1. Tap the photo you want to edit.<\/li>\n
      2. Tap 'Edit'.<\/li>\n
      3. You can edit the photo using the tools below. Tap 'Apply' after editing.

        You can play the attached videos and download them to your device\/computer, drive or folder.<\/p>\n

                Download an attachment on iOS devices<\/h3>\n

                You can only download attachments to devices with iOS 11 or later versions. File download is not available to versions earlier than iOS 11 due to the nature of iOS devices.<\/p>\n
