This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nSet whether to receive notifications whenever you receive a new email. Also, you can specify which mailbox you want to receive notifications from.<\/p>\n

Enable or disable notifications for new emails<\/h1>\n

Set whether to receive notifications whenever you receive a new email.<\/p>\n

You can receive new email notifications only if notifications are enabled.<\/p>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom and then \"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Notification Settings'.<\/li>\n
  3. Enable 'Allow Notifications'.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Mail Notification'.<\/li>\n
  5. Enable or disable 'New Email Notification'.<\/li>\n
  6. To preview an email when you receive a notification, enable 'Preview Contents'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For both iOS and Android devices, you must first enable the device notifications<\/a>. If you disable notifications for NAVER WORKS in your device settings, you will not receive any notifications, even if they are enabled within the app.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

    You can receive new email notifications with PC web popup notifications. For more information, refer to 'PC Web Pop-up Notification > Notifications by Service<\/a>'.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

    Receive notifications for a specific mailbox<\/h1>\n

    You can choose to receive notifications for all new emails or only for those sent from email addresses marked as favorites.<\/p>\n

    If you are using more than 1 mailbox, you can also select multiple mailboxes to receive the notifications.<\/p>\n

    Mobile App<\/h3>

    1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom and then \"\" at the top right.<\/li>\n
    2. Tap 'Notification Settings'.<\/li>\n
    3. Tap 'Mail Notification'.<\/li>\n
    4. Enable 'New Email Notification'.<\/li>\n
    5. Select the mailboxes to receive the notifications from 'Notifications for'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      PC Web<\/h3>

      1. Click \"\" at the top right in Mail. Then click 'Notification'.<\/li>\n
      2. Click 'Notifications by Service > Mail'.<\/li>\n
      3. Select the type of email you want to receive notifications from in 'Notifications and new email count'.\n
          \n
        • New emails in mailbox: Receive notifications on new emails received in specific mailbox. You can change settings on notifications per mailbox in 'Mailbox settings'.\n
            \n
          • All: Receive notifications for all mailboxes.<\/li>\n
          • Settings per mailbox: You can make changes to notification settings for each mailbox. Enable or disable the notifications for each mailboxes. You must enable notification setting for at least 1 mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
