You can easily share files and folders within Drive as links.
\n<\/span>Link sharing is effective for sharing large files as it does not use additional shared storage.
\nEnhance security by configuring the link sharing range, expiration date, permission to edit, and the option to provide a download button<\/a>.
\nFolders and files shared via link are marked with \"\" next to their names.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, the administrator must allow members to use link sharing<\/a> first to send links.
\nLink sharing is not available for external group folders.<\/p>\n

Create a link<\/span><\/h1>\n

You can share files or folders in your drive as links.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can share by specifying who can access and view the links.
\n<\/span>Link access permissions can be set as follows.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Public<\/td>\nAnyone with the link can access (Password optional)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  3. Tap 'Share Link'.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Set link access permissions in 'Access permission'.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Tap 'Copy Link' and share the link.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. You can also directly send the link via 'Send Link' to messages, contacts, or email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Tap \"\" next to the file or folder you want to send in Drive.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Tap 'Share Link'.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Select the link sharing scope.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Tap 'Share' at the bottom.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Tap 'Change Settings' to change link access permissions<\/a>. Tap 'Save' to save.<\/li>\n
    6. Tap 'Copy Link' to copy the link to your desired location.Alternatively, you can directly send the link to external apps by tapping 'Send Link'.
      \nIf you have created the link for 'Specific People (OTP)', you can specify recipients to send the link via email in 'People with Access'.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        5. Select the sharing scope of the link in 'Link Access Permissions'.<\/li>\n
        6. Click 'OK'.<\/span><\/li>\n
        7. Click 'Copy Link' and share the link.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
