This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can easily share files and folders within Drive as links.
\nLink sharing is effective for sharing large files as it does not use additional shared storage.
\nEnhance security by configuring the link sharing range, expiration date, edit\/read permissions, and the option to provide a download button<\/a>.
\nFolders and files shared via link are marked with \"\" next to their names.<\/p>\n

However, the administrator must allow members to use link sharing<\/a> first to send links.
\nLink sharing is not available for external group folders.<\/p>\n

Create a link<\/h1>\n

You can share files or folders in your Drive as links.<\/p>\n

You can share by specifying who can access and view the links.<\/p>\n

Link access permissions can be set as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Share with<\/td>\nDescription<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Public<\/td>\nAnyone with the link can access (Password optional)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Company members<\/span><\/td>\nAnyone registered as a company member<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specific People (OTP)<\/td>\nOnly those who receive the OTP email<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The functions available to the person accessing the link vary as follows, depending on the permissions granted:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

However, uploading and moving folders can only be done on the PC web.<\/p>\n

Drive App<\/h3>

  1. Tap \"\" next to the file or folder you want to send in Drive.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Share Link'.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the link sharing scope.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Share' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
  5. Tap 'Change Settings' to change link sharing settings<\/a>. Tap 'Save' to save.<\/li>\n
  6. After tapping 'Copy Link', copy the link to the desired location. You can also send a link directly to an external app using the 'Send Link' button.
    \nIf you have created the link for 'Specific People (OTP)', you can specify recipients to send the link to via email in 'People with Access'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      4. Click 'Change Settings' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
      5. Select the sharing scope of the link in 'Link Access Permissions'.<\/li>\n
      6. Click 'OK'.<\/li>\n
