{"id":54490,"date":"2018-05-01T10:24:06","date_gmt":"2018-05-01T01:24:06","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/check-post\/home-notification\/"},"modified":"2024-11-15T15:59:35","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T06:59:35","slug":"board-notification","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/board-notification\/","title":{"rendered":"Board service notifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.<\/div><\/div><br \/>\nYou can receive mobile app and pop-up notifications for new posts, notices on the board, or comments on your posts.<\/p>\n<h1>Board notification types<\/h1>\n<p>The following are the types of Board notifications.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Post notifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Notifications for new posts in a board with post notification enabled<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for post edits in a board with post notification enabled<\/li>\n<li>Reminders for posts<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for must-read posts<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for must-read post edits<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for notice posts in a board with new post notification enabled<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for notice post edits in a board with new post notification enabled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New post notifications can be configured in Settings or from the post list of each board.<\/p>\n<p>If you disable 'Board Notifications' in Settings, you will not receive notifications for new posts.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, notifications are only sent when the author selects 'Notify new post' or 'Send notification for post edits' when they write\/edit the post.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment notifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Notifications for comments on posts with comment notification enabled<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for comment replies with comment notification enabled<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for your name tagged in comments (@)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comment notifications can be configured on the details page of each post.<\/p>\n<p>If you disable 'Board Notifications' in Settings, you will not receive all comment notifications.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Administrator notifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Notifications for granted Board Manager authority<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for successful post organization<\/li>\n<li>Notifications for unsuccessful post organization<\/li>\n<li>Notification for successful post backup<\/li>\n<li>Notification for unsuccessful post backup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Even if you disable 'Board Notifications' in Settings, administrator notifications will still be sent.<\/p>\n<h1>New post notification settings<\/h1>\n<p>You can customize the post notification settings for each board.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-161754\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/common_24_setting_line.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" \/> at the top right.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Notification Settings'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Notifications by Service'.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Board'.<\/li>\n<li>Enable 'Board Notifications'.<\/li>\n<li>In 'Board to Receive Notifications', enable or disable new post notifications for each board.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On iOS or Android devices, you need to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/settings\/set-device\/set-device-notifiation\/\">set device notifications<\/a> first. href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/send-notification\/\">send a reminder<\/a> as a push or pop-up notification to members who have not yet read the post.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications will be sent even if new post notifications are disabled for the board to which the post belongs.<\/p>\n<h1>Notifications for must-read posts<\/h1>\n<p>You will receive push or pop-up notifications whenever someone marks a post as a must-read.<\/p>\n<p>Notifications will be sent even if new post notifications are disabled for the board to which the post belongs.<\/p>\n<h1>Notifications for comments on your posts<\/h1>\n<p>The post author will receive mobile app and pop-up notifications when a comment is posted.<\/p>\n<p>When <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/post\/write-post\/\">comment notifications are enabled<\/a>, the author will be notified.<\/p>\n<h1>Notifications for comments on the posts you are interested in<\/h1>\n<p>By enabling comment notifications, you can receive mobile and pop-up notifications for comments on posts published by others.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div
