Share previous conversations<\/h1>\n

A Group Master can adjust the settings to share previous conversations in the Group Message Room with newly added members.<\/p>\n

The change only applies to new members in the Group Message Room and does not apply to the existing members.<\/p>\n

                            Group privacy settings<\/h1>\n

                            A Group Master can set the group to public or private.<\/p>\n

                            However, external groups are set as private by default.<\/p>\n

                            Once a group is made public, it will appear in the group list in Contacts. For private groups, only the group master can invite new members.<\/p>\n

                                  Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, Mailing list settings<\/h1>\n

                                  A Group Master can choose whether to use Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list.<\/p>\n

                                  However, the mailing list is only available for the NAVER WORKS Core Standard or Standard Plus plans and can be configured in PC Web Contacts and Admin.<\/p>\n

                                  Also, external groups cannot use Task.<\/p>\n

                                  3. In Manage Group, you can enable or disable the Message, Note, Event, Task, and Folder features.
                                    \nSince Note, Event, Task, and Folder can only be used within Message, these menus will not be available when Message is disabled.<\/li>\n
                                  4. Tap 'Save' to save your settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

                                        Disabling Note, Event, or Folder while in use will automatically delete all previous posts, events, and files. Be careful when disabling these functions, as the deleted data cannot be restored.<\/p>\n

                                        A Group Master can adjust the setting to notify all members when a group is created, modified, or deleted.<\/p>\n
