{"id":54556,"date":"2018-04-03T11:38:06","date_gmt":"2018-04-03T02:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"\/en\/delete-recall-message\/"},"modified":"2024-12-17T18:56:48","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T09:56:48","slug":"delete-recall-message","status":"publish","type":"use-guides","link":"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/message\/send-message\/delete-recall-message\/","title":{"rendered":"Recall messages"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"green lw_tip\"><div class=\"lw_tip_content\">This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p>You can recall sent messages yourself, or <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/message-room\/group-message-room\/manage-group-master-and-member\/\">the master of a Team\/Group Message Room<\/a> can recall messages from other members.<\/p>\n<p>Recalled messages will no longer be visible to participants in the message room, and a notification will be displayed indicating that the message has been recalled.<\/p>\n<p>However, messages cannot be recalled in the following cases.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-service\/message\/general-settings\/#i-1-2\">message recall time set by the administrator has passed<\/a> (the recall time can be set to 1 hour or 24 hours; free plan users can only select 1 hour)<\/li>\n<li>Messages <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/message\/message-with-external-user\/message-line-user\/\">sent to LINE users<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"lwtabs\"><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">Mobile App<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Long-press the message you want to recall from the message room.<\/li>\n<li>Tap 'Recall' from the menu and then 'Confirm' to recall the message.<br \/>\nThe 'Recall' option appears only for the messages that can be recalled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"lwtabs_item \"><h3 class=\"lwtab_title \">PC Web<\/h3><div class=\"lwtab_content\">\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-164344\" src=\"https:\/\/gsaas-help.pstatic.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/ic20_viewtype_thumbnail_767676.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> at the top.<\/li>\n<li>Click 'Message'.<\/li>\n<li>Click a message room from the message room list.<\/li>\n<li>Right-click the message you want to recall from the message room.
