This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

On NAVER WORKS mobile app, you can access external emails from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.<\/p>\n

However, this feature is only available if the administrator has enabled syncing with external email servers<\/a> like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The external email account must match your NAVER WORKS account.<\/p>\n

You cannot use NAVER WORKS Mail and an external email simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Sync external emails<\/h1>\n

You can only sync with an account that matches your NAVER WORKS account.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap \"\"\u00a0in Home.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Sync External Email'.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the account information and password for the external account you want to sync.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

    Depending on Google Workspace privacy and security policies, you may need to complete additional verification steps or provide user consent.<\/p>\n

    View external emails<\/h1>\n

    After syncing your external email, you can use the NAVER WORKS Mail as the following.<\/p>\n

    However, you may not be able to use some of the features under the following conditions.<\/p>\n

    • When using an external email, some NAVER WORKS functions (e.g., VIP, reminder, translation, report as spam, schedule to send, and filter) may be restricted.<\/li>\n
    • The mobile security policy will be applied according to the values set by the administrator in NAVER WORKS Admin.<\/li>\n
