This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nThe first person to create a group becomes the Group Master.<\/p>\n

Only Group Masters can add or delete Group Masters or group members.<\/p>\n

Add or delete a Group Master<\/h1>\n

A Group Master can add new Group Masters or remove existing ones.<\/p>\n

A Group Master can choose to use features such as Message, Note, Event, Folder, and mailing lists, as well as add or remove members. On the Edit Group page, a Group Master can also add new Group Masters or delete existing ones.<\/p>\n

However, for external groups, only members who have external connection permission<\/a> can be designated as Group Masters.<\/p>\n

              If you are a Group Master, you can also delete yourself from 'Group Master'.<\/p>\n

              However, if the group has only 1 Group Master, you cannot delete the Group Master.<\/p>\n

              A group needs at least 1 Group Master.<\/p>\n

              Add or delete a group member<\/h1>\n

              A Group Master can add or delete group members.<\/p>\n

              If you delete a group member, the deleted group member can no longer use the Group Message Room.<\/p>\n

              However, members can only join up to 2000 groups, and those already in 2000 groups cannot join any additional groups.<\/p>\n

              For external groups, only members who have external connection permission can be designated as Group Masters.<\/p>\n

              6. Tap 'Save' at the top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                You can also tap 'Invite' from \"\" in the Group Message Room, and then tap 'Select from Contacts' to easily invite a new group member.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

                    Even after a group member is deleted, messages, events, posts, and files shared by the deleted member remain in the Group Message Room.<\/p>\n

                    Invite a member to an external group<\/h1>\n

                    If you have the admin authority of an external group, you can invite members from other companies.<\/p>\n

                    If you invite NAVER WORKS users from other companies, they can sign up using their existing accounts. However, if you invite people who do not use NAVER WORKS, they can join the external group after creating their account.<\/p>\n

                    3. Tap 'Invite'.<\/li>\n

                    5. Select how to invite the user and share the group invitation link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

                        Invite to an external group from the group management screen<\/h2>\n

                        After creating a group, you can use the external group invitation function when entering the group management screen.<\/p>\n
