This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nAfter sending an email, you can check whether the recipients have read the email. You can also recall an email you sent.<\/p>\n

After sending an email, you can check whether the recipients have read the email.<\/p>\n

  2. Tap 'Tracking'.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap an email to check the time when each recipient has read the email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click 'Tracking' on the left menu.<\/li>\n
    4. Check whether the recipients have read the email and the time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      You can only use this feature when the administrator has enabled the email read receipt setting.<\/p>\n

      You can also track emails sent using your subdomain<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      However, you cannot track read receipts for the following.<\/p>\n
