This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can create mailboxes<\/a> for each purpose to move the received emails accordingly or create filters to auto-sort emails for easy management.<\/p>\n

Move emails<\/h1>\n

Move an email to a mailbox<\/h2>\n

You can move emails to another mailbox of your choice.<\/p>\n

  1. Open an email and tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  2. Tap \u2018Move'.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the mailbox to move the email.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap 'Move' to move the emails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click an email in Mail.<\/li>\n
    4. Open the email, and click 'Move' at the top.<\/li>\n
    5. Select the mailbox to move the email to and click 'Move'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Move multiple emails to another mailbox<\/h2>\n

      1. Long-press the email you want to move in the email list.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the emails to move.<\/li>\n
      3. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
      4. Tap \u2018Move'.<\/li>\n
      5. Select the mailbox to move the email.<\/li>\n
      6. Tap 'Move' to move the emails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

        3. In the email list, click \"\" left to the emails you want to move.<\/li>\n

          Move emails from search results to another mailbox<\/h2>\n

          2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
          3. Enter search terms in the search box at the top.<\/li>\n
          4. Click \"\" to search for an email.<\/li>\n
          5. Click \"\" at the top to select all emails on the current page.<\/li>\n
          6. Click 'Select all' in the search results at the top right.<\/li>\n
          7. Click the 'Move' button at the top.<\/li>\n
          8. Select the mailbox to move the email to and click 'Move'.<\/li>\n
          9. Select 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

            Create a filter<\/h1>\n

            You can add rules to a filter from the email list or the email body.<\/p>\n

            However, for the mobile app, you can only add filter rules for the sender's email address.<\/p>\n

            1. Open an email and tap \"\".<\/li>\n
            2. Tap 'Create Filter'.<\/li>\n
            3. Select the mailbox to move the email.<\/li>\n
            4. Tap 'Move' to move the email, and all emails sent from this sender will be automatically moved to the selected mailbox from now on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

              PC Web<\/h3>

              1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
              2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
              3. On the email list, click \"\" on the left side of the email you want to create a filter.<\/li>\n
              4. Click 'Move' at the top right.<\/li>\n
              5. Select the mailbox to move the email, and click 'Create Filter'.<\/li>\n
              6. In the 'Create Filter' window, select the conditions (sender address or title) to add rules.<\/li>\n
              7. If you want to move all previously received emails under the same condition to the selected mailbox, select 'Apply to existing emails'.<\/li>\n
              8. Once a filter is created, any email under the set conditions will be automatically moved to the selected mailbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

                You can create up to 1000 filters.<\/p>\n
