This feature is available after applying for the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can report spam, such as promotional emails, to prevent receiving them in the future and add specific email addresses to the block list.<\/p>\n

Emails reported as spam will be moved to Spam or permanently deleted.<\/p>\n

Changes will be reflected automatically in the NAVER WORKS Spam System to prevent receiving the same spam emails again.<\/p>\n

Report individual emails as spam<\/h2>\n

You can report the email as spam.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the email you want to report as spam, and tap \"\".<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Report Spam'.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap 'Confirm' to report the email as spam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

      \n
    1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
    3. Click an email in Mail.<\/li>\n
    4. Open the email, and click 'Report Spam' at the top.<\/li>\n
    5. Select how to handle the emails.\n
        \n
      • Send to Spam: Move the emails to the Spam mailbox.<\/li>\n
      • Delete permanently: Emails will be permanently deleted. Permanently deleted emails cannot be restored.<\/li>\n
      • Block emails from selected email address: Select to block emails from the selected email address.<\/li>\n
      • Mark existing emails from the selected email address as spam: Select to also handle existing emails from the selected email address as spam.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Click 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

        Report multiple emails as spam<\/h2>\n

        You can report multiple emails as spam at once.<\/p>\n

        1. In the email list, tap and hold the email you want to report as spam.<\/li>\n
        2. Select the emails you want to report as spam.<\/li>\n
        3. Tap \"\".<\/li>\n
        4. Tap 'Confirm' to report the emails as spam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

          1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
          2. Click 'Mail'.<\/li>\n
          3. In the email list, click \"\" at the left side of the emails you want to report as spam.<\/li>\n
          4. Click 'Report Spam' at the top.<\/li>\n
          5. In the 'Report Spam' window, select how to process the spam and whether to block the email addresses. Then click 'OK'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

            Add a sender to the block list<\/h2>\n

            You can add specific email addresses to the block list.<\/p>\n

            3. On the email content screen, click the sender's email address.<\/li>\n
