This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nA team message room consists of the team members listed in the organization chart.<\/p>\n

In team message rooms, you can use Note<\/a>, Event<\/a>, Task<\/a>, and Folder<\/a>, in addition to Message, to facilitate communication and collaboration with the members of the team.<\/p>\n

The administrator can configure whether to use team message room for each team.<\/p>\n

Create a team message room<\/h1>\n

Team message rooms are not created automatically. Only the team leader can create a team message room.<\/p>\n

Team members are automatically added or deleted according to the changes made in the team\u2014such as new appointment, transfer and resignation.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, a team member cannot leave the team message room without any organizational change. Also, members of other team cannot be invited to the team message room.<\/p>\n

  1. Tap 'Home' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap 'Contacts'.<\/li>\n
  3. If you are the team leader, tap \"\" in the team.
    \nOnly the team leader can see \"\" to create a team message room.
    \nOnce the team message room is created, \"\" appears. Tap the icon to enter the team message room.<\/li>\n
  4. Check the settings for the organization message room, and tap 'Save'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    3. Click ''Create Message Room'' at the top of the message room list.<\/li>\n

    6. Click \"\" right to the team name to create a team message room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      2. Click \"\" at the bottom of the message room list.<\/li>\n
      3. Click 'Company Members'.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the team on the left menu to create a team message room.<\/li>\n
      5. Click \"\" at the top right of the screen to create a team message room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

        The administrator can set<\/a> the options for the team message room\u2014such as Note, Event, Task, Folder, and Group Notification\u2014in advance.<\/p>\n

        The name of the team message room cannot be changed by the team members. The name changes automatically when the name of team changes.<\/p>\n

        You can only create a team message room for a team with 100 members or less. For teams with more than 100 members, request the administrator to create a team message room.<\/p>\n

        Enter a team message room<\/h1>\n

        If the team leader has created a team message room, \"\" will be shown to the team members right to the team in Contacts.<\/p>\n

        If you belong to multiple teams, select a team of your choice to see \"\".<\/p>\n

          Enter a team message room from message room list<\/h2>\n

          After the team leader has created a team message room, the team members can see the message room created in the name of the team on the message room list.<\/p>\n

          Use the sorting function<\/a> in the message room list to group the message rooms by type. You can see all 'Team\/Group' message rooms at once.<\/p>\n

          Share previous conversations<\/h1>\n

          The team leader can change the settings to share the previous conversations in the team message room with the newly added members.<\/p>\n

                This function only applies to new members in the team message room and does not apply to the existing members.<\/p>\n

                team message room photo<\/h1>\n

                When a team message room is created, the team message room photo is set with a default photo.<\/p>\n

                Select a photo that well represents the characteristics of the team to help you distinguish it from other message rooms.<\/p>\n

                All team members can change the team message room photo.<\/p>\n

                      Leave a team message room<\/h1>\n
