This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can check and edit collaborative folder information such as Folder Masters or members.<\/p>\n

Also, you can manage collaborative folders that are deleted or set as private.<\/p>\n

Only the administrator and Masters of 'Admin > Drive' can access and edit the collaborative folder management settings.<\/p>\n

However, if there are folders with restricted access members within a collaborative folder, you cannot change the sharing scope from 'Entire company' to 'Specific members' in the share settings.<\/p>\n

Manage collaborative folders<\/h1>\n

  1. Click \"\" at the top.<\/li>\n
  2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
  3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' in the left folder list.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the collaborative folder.<\/li>\n
  5. Click 'Collaborative Folder Settings' at the top.<\/li>\n
  6. View and edit the information of the collaborative folder.<\/li>\n
  7. Click 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Drive App<\/h3>

    1. Tap 'Collaborative Drive' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
    2. Tap \"\" of the collaborative folder.<\/li>\n
    3. Tap 'Collaborative Folder Settings'.<\/li>\n
    4. View and edit the information of the collaborative folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

      Set a collaborative folder as private<\/h1>\n

      You can create a collaborative folder and set it to private to prevent it from being shared with members.<\/p>\n

      Collaborative folders set to private can only be viewed by administrators in 'Admin > Manage Collaborative Folders'.<\/p>\n

      3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' in the left folder list.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the collaborative folder you want to set to private.<\/li>\n
      5. Click 'Collaborative Folder Settings' at the top.<\/li>\n
      6. Change the privacy setting to 'Hidden'.<\/li>\n
      7. Read the precautions, then click 'OK'.<\/li>\n
      8. Click 'Confirm'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

        1. Tap 'Collaborative Drive' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
        2. Tap \"\" of the folder you want to set to private.<\/li>\n
        3. Tap 'Collaborative Folder Settings'.<\/li>\n
        4. Change the privacy setting to 'Private'.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

          Delete a collaborative folder<\/h1>\n

          You are able to delete a collaborative folder if you are no longer using it.<\/p>\n

          The folder will be permanently deleted 30 days after its deletion.<\/p>\n

          3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' in the left folder list.<\/li>\n
          4. Click the collaborative folder you want to delete.<\/li>\n
          5. Click 'Collaborative Folder Settings' at the top.<\/li>\n
          6. Click 'Delete' at the bottom left.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

            1. Tap 'Collaborative Drive' at the bottom.<\/li>\n
            2. Tap \"\" of the collaborative folder you want to delete.<\/li>\n
            3. Tap 'Collaborative Folder Settings'.<\/li>\n
            4. Tap 'Delete' at the bottom of the edit information screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n

              The available shared storage capacity increases by the size of the permanently deleted files.<\/p>\n

              Restore a collaborative folder<\/h2>\n

              2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
              3. Click 'Collaborative Drive' in the left folder list.<\/li>\n
              4. Click 'Manage Folders'.<\/li>\n
              5. Click 'Restore collaborative folder' at the top.<\/li>\n
              6. Click 'Restore Shared Drive' right to the deleted collaborative folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

                2. Tap 'WORKS Drive Admin'.<\/li>\n
                3. Tap 'Restore collaborative folder' at the top of the collaborative folders management page.<\/li>\n
