You can encourage active communication by creating boards for various purposes.<\/p>\n<h1>Board Types<\/h1>\n<p>Boards are classified into two types: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/board\/\">public boards, which can be viewed by all members, and member boards, which are accessible only to specific members<\/a> based on their access permissions.<\/p>\n<p>Only the administrator can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/board\/\">create a board<\/a>, and the administrator and Board Manager can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/manage-board\/\">manage the board name, type, and board permission settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, according to the Admin settings, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/admin-guides\/manage-service\/board\/board-settings\/\">all members can also be granted permission to create boards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h1>What can you do with Board?<\/h1>\n<p><strong># Post and comment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/post\/write-post\/\">Enhance your posts<\/a> with by attaching photos, videos, and stickers. We also offer various types of templates for users. In the comment area, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/write-comment\/\">\u2018@\u2019 mention<\/a> other members and communicate actively using <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/write-comment\/\">LINE stickers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Mark as must-read post<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Important posts that all company members need to read can be set as <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/post\/set-post-as-must-read\/\">must-read<\/a> and will be displayed at the top of the first page of the board.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Read confirmation and send reminder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Post authors can check the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/check-read-member\/\">list of members who have read or have not read the post<\/a>. You can encourage the members who haven't read the post yet by sending them a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/check-post\/send-notification\/\">reminder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Delete or restore post<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/board\/post\/delete-recover-post\/\">delete posts<\/a> you wrote previously.
