You can set deadlines and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient management and avoiding missed tasks.<\/p>\n<h1>Task types<\/h1>\n<p>The task can be classified into two types: <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-list\/my-task\/\">My Task<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-list\/message-room-task\/\">Message Room Task<\/a>. You can find the tasks you are responsible for or requested in My Task and tasks shared within a message room in Message Room Task.<\/p>\n<h1>What can you do with Task?<\/h1>\n<p><strong># Create tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-writing\/new-task\/\">Create tasks<\/a> with detailed information: descriptions, deadlines, assigner, and assignee. You can also attach relevant files to each task.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Add messages as a tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the message room, <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/message\/send-message\/send-task\/\">add messages as a task<\/a> on the spot to keep track of fast-flowing work conversations.\u00a0With the messages from the message room attached in the task, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-check\/check-task\/\">check and understand task context and details<\/a> up to speed.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Designate tasks to multiple assignees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manage tasks thoroughly by designating multiple assignees to one task. You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-writing\/new-task\/\">set the completion condition to require one or all assignees to complete the task.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong># Manage your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-check\/check-task\/\">check<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/task-writing\/edit-task\/\">edit<\/a> the assigned tasks. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.worksmobile.com\/en\/use-guides\/task\/mark-complete-or-incomplete\/\">Manage tasks<\/a> by marking the tasks of completed tasks as 'Complete' and marking unfinished tasks as 'Incomplete'.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Manage entire tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Check the progress of tasks assigned to you or requested from colleagues at a glance.
