Keep your workflow uninterrupted with Drive's availability on both PC and mobile, allowing you to access your files anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n<h1>Drive types<\/h1>\n<p>Drives can be managed according to their intended use by separating them into a Collaborative Drive for collaborative storage and My Drive for personal storage.<br \/>\nCollaborative Drive includes collaborative folders, message room folders, and shared folders.<\/p>\n<h1>What can you do on Drive?<\/h1>\n<p><strong># Upload files<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/upload-download-view\/upload-photo-or-file\/\">Save<\/a> photos, videos, and files on your device to Drive. You can also <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/manage-file-folder\/manage\/\">create folders on Drive and manage files<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Share files<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/share\/my-drive\/share-folder\/\">Designate your team member<\/a> when sharing files or folders. You can also <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/send-file-or-link\/send-as-link\/share-link\/\">share files or folders with members via the link<\/a>.<br \/>\nWhen sharing a file with a link, you can set up a password for the file in advance to protect the data from external threats.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Search file with the keyword<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/search\/search-file-folder-name\/\">search using a keyword<\/a>, you can quickly find the file since both the file name and contents will be searched.<\/p>\n<p><strong># Co-management of files<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Create and edit documents with others simultaneously, and manage files together by setting read and write permissions for each file.<br \/>\nYou can also <a href=\"\/en\/use-guides\/drive\/manage-file-folder\/file-activity\/\">check the revision history of the files and folders<\/a>.
