This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div>
\nYou can change settings or delete links for each link you're sharing<\/a>.
\nYou can view the activity history of what the recipient did on the page accessed through the link.
\nThe administrator can set whether to allow the link sharing function, set the link expiration period,<\/a> or restrict link access permissions<\/a> in Admin.<\/p>\n

Manage links<\/h1>\n

You can change settings for the shared link, such as the link sharing scope, expiration date, edit\/read permissions, and whether to provide a download button.
\nTo change the link sharing scope, you must delete the existing link and create a new one.<\/p>\n

        Link sharing scope<\/h2>\n

        You can select one of the following access permissions to ensure security when sharing a link.
        \nDepending on the administrator\u2019s setting<\/a>, some access permissions may not be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
        Public<\/td>\nAnyone with the link can access (Password optional)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Company members<\/span><\/td>\nAnyone registered as a company member<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Specific People (OTP)<\/td>\nOnly those who receive the OTP email<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
