This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

By sending a message with a shortcut button to the message room for direct access to files or folders in the Message Room Folder<\/a>, you can send and receive data necessary for work without worrying about limited shared storage.<\/p>\n

Click the 'Go to folder' button to go to the folder or where the file is saved.<\/p>\n

The location of Team\/Group Folders with restricted permissions<\/a> cannot be sent.<\/p>\n

Send a shortcut to a folder or file to a message room<\/h1>\n

Mobile App<\/h3>

  1. Tap the Message Room Folder<\/a> in Drive with the file or folder to send the location.<\/li>\n
  2. Tap\"\"to the right of the file or folder to send the shortcut.<\/li>\n
  3. Tap \u2018Send\u2019.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap \u2018Send Location to this Message Room\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    PC Web<\/h3>

    1. Click \"\" on the top.<\/li>\n
    2. Click 'Drive'.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the Message Room Folder. Click the Message Room Folder<\/a> with the file or folder to send the shortcut.<\/li>\n
    4. Select up to 100 files or folders to send shortcuts to.<\/li>\n
    5. Hover over the selected files.<\/li>\n
    6. Right-click.<\/li>\n
    7. Click 'Send Shortcut to Message Room'.<\/li>\n
    8. Click \u2018OK\u2019 to enter the message room right away.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
