You can add company members who will use NAVER WORKS together.
Mobile
- After pressing 'Home', select ‘Admin'.
- Tap 'Member'.
- Tap ‘Add Member' on the top right.
- Enter the member's last name, first name, and ID and select a password creation method. Tap 'Scan business card' to register information by taking a photo of a business card.
- Generate automatically: A temporary password will be created. When members log in for the first time, they must register a new password.
- Create password: You can register a password and share it with members. When members log in for the first time, they must register a new password.
- Send creation link: Members must set their own password through the invitation email.
- Select the account activation date. From that date, members can use NAVER WORKS.
If you select 'Activate now', today becomes the member's joining date, and the member can log in and use NAVER WORKS immediately. - Tap ‘Add' on the top right.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Admin'.
- Click 'Add' of 'Number of Members'.
