Photo/File settings

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Quality of photos to send

You can choose the quality of photos to send in message rooms.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Message Room' and then 'Image Resolution'.
  4. Tap the photo quality you want.

Folder location for received files

You can select the folder to save files received in message rooms.

PC App

  1. Click  on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Message' tab.
  4. Click  under 'Files'.
  5. Select the folder to save the files.
  6. Click 'Open'.
