This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Check the storage capacity in use for Folder

You can check the storage capacity in use for Folder.

Mobile

  1. Tap    in a message room.
  2. Tap .
  3. Check the 'Used Storage' under Folder.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list on the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab on the right side of the message room.
  5. Check the storage capacity in use for Folder in 'Capacity' on the bottom of the folders list.

You can check the storage capacity in use for Trash.

Mobile

  1. Tap    in a message room.
  2. Tap .
  3. Check the storage capacity in use for 'Trash' under Folder.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click a message room from the message room list on the left.
  4. Click the 'Folder' tab on the right side of the message room.
  5. Check the storage capacity in use for Trash in 'Trash' on the bottom of the folders list.
