Calendar types
According to its sharing scope and purposes, the calendar can be classified into three types: My Calendar, Company Calendar, and Message Room Calendar.
You can check schedules by each calendar.
What can you do with Calendar?
# Create an event
You can create an event to your calendar by adding titles, location information, notes, and selecting attendees.
# Check other members' schedule
You can check the schedules of other members' by using Others' event mode. You can search for other members not only in your team but also all the members in your company by name or job duties.
# Automated meeting schedule recommendation
Find Available Time feature allows you to find the ideal time for a schedule with multiple attendees. This feature is essential for quick scheduling as it shows the available time of expected attendees.
# Make reservations for meeting rooms and resources
Add and manage conference rooms and other business-related resources. This would enable you and your team to quickly check the availability of the resource, and make reservations on resources instantly.
