Startup page for the email list
You can select the mailbox to view first when you open Mail.
Mobile
- Tap
in More or Mail. - Tap 'Mail Screen' and then 'Home Screen'.
- Tap the mailbox you want to set as your startup screen.
PC Web
- Click
on the top. - Click 'Mail'.
- Click
on the top right in Mail. - Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Select a mailbox in 'Show on Startup Page'.
Favorite contacts
Emails from 'Favorite Contacts' will be displayed along with the number of unread messages.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click on the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Turn on 'Use favorite contacts mailbox'.
Number of emails displayed on the list/Font size
You can select a font size and the number of emails to display on one page.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click on the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Select a font size and the number of emails to display on one page in 'Email list font size' and 'Emails shown on list'.
Read emails in a new window
You can set whether to open the emails in a new window.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click on the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Turn on 'Read in new window'.
Block images or links in external emails
When you receive an email from an external email address, you can block images and links included in the email from being displayed.
Image files attached to the email will also be blocked and not be displayed in the image preview at the bottom of the email body.
Block images/links
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click on the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Turn on 'Block images/links from external addresses'.
Depending on the administrator's settings, images/links may be set to always block when receiving external emails.
Show blocked images or links
At the top of the email screen, blocked images and links will be displayed when pressing ‘Display images/links’ next to the ‘This email is from an external address. Please take caution when opening it.’ message.
To always show images and links in emails from the same person, press 'Always display images/links in ~'.
To block the image/link again, tap the sender's address and then tap 'Block images/links'.
Set the screen to display after deleting/moving an email
You can select the screen to display after deleting or moving the email you have opened.
PC Web
- Click on the top.
- Click 'Mail'.
- Click on the top right in Mail.
- Click 'Preferences > Read/List'.
- Select an option from 'After deleting/moving email'.
- Email list display format: View the email list.
- View emails received after: View the email you received next.
- View emails received previously: View the previous email you received.
