Contact by group

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core or WORKS Approval.

You can easily keep in touch with group members by sending emails and messages by a group.

Send emails by group

You can send emails by a group.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click 'Organization' on the left menu and then 'Group'.
  4. Check the checkbox of the name of the group with the members you want to send an email.
  5. Click 'Mail' on the top.
  6. Enter the subject and body, and click 'Send' to send the email.

Send messages by group

You can send messages by a group.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Contacts'.
  3. Click 'Organization' on the left menu and then click 'Group'.
  4. Check the checkbox of the name of the group with the members you want to send a message.
  5. Click 'Message' on the top to create a message room.
