You can select a photo for each Group Message Room.
Additionally, the Group Master can configure the features needed for group management.
Share previous conversations
A Group Master can adjust the settings to share previous conversations in the Group Message Room with newly added members.
The change only applies to new members in the Group Message Room and does not apply to the existing members.

Message room background color settings
You can select the background color for each message room to distinguish one another. The background color only applies to your message rooms.

- Select a background color to set the background of the message room.

Message room notification sound settings
You can select the notification sound for each message room to distinguish one another.

Select a photo
You can change the photos for each Group Message Room from the message room list.
Group members can change the photos for each Group Message Room.

- Take a photo with your mobile camera or select a photo from the album.

Along with the name of the message room, photos help you distinguish each message room. Select a photo that well represents the characteristics of each message room.
Change group name
A Group Master can change the name of the group.

- Enter a group name.
- Tap 'Save' to save changes.

Group privacy settings
A Group Master can set the group to public or private.
However, external groups are set as private by default.
Once a group is made public, it will appear in the group list in Contacts. For private groups, only the group master can invite new members.

- Go to the 'Edit group' screen and select 'Public group' under 'Privacy setting' in the 'Feature settings' tab to make the group public. Deselect this option to make the group private.
- Click 'Save' to set the group as public or private.

Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, Mailing list settings
A Group Master can choose whether to use Message, Note, Event, Task, Folder, and mailing list.
However, the mailing list is only available for the NAVER WORKS Core Standard or Standard Plus plans and can be configured in PC Web Contacts and Admin.
Also, external groups cannot use Task.

. - In Manage Group, you can enable or disable the Message, Note, Event, Task, and Folder features.
Since Note, Event, Task, and Folder can only be used within Message, these menus will not be available when Message is disabled. - Tap 'Save' to save your settings.

- Go to the 'View Group Details' screen and click 'Edit Group/Master'.

- Click 'Save' to set whether to use them or not.

Disabling Note, Event, or Folder while in use will automatically delete all previous posts, events, and files. Be careful when disabling these functions, as the deleted data cannot be restored.
Notification settings
Notifications for changes in group setting
A Group Master can adjust the setting to notify all members when a group is created, modified, or deleted.

- Go to the 'Edit group' screen and select 'Send notification' under 'Group notification' in the 'Feature settings' tab to allow notifications, and deselect to block notifications.
- Click 'Save' to set up group notifications.

Delete a group
A Group Master can delete a group.

- Click

- Go to the 'View Group Details' screen and click 'Delete group' at the bottom left.
- Read the precautions and select 'If you delete the group, all message history,
Note, Event, Folder data, and group email address will be deleted.'. - Click 'Delete' to delete the group.

at the top right of the message room. - Click 'Edit Group'.
- Go to the 'View Group Details' screen and click 'Delete group' at the bottom left.
- Read the precautions and select 'If you delete the group, all message history,

Deleting a group deletes all data stored in Message, Note, Event, Folder, and Mailing List.
Once deleted, you will not be able to restore the data.
