Download photos and files

This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

You can download files, including photos, videos, documents, and more, stored in Drive to your device.

On mobile devices, file 'Download' may be restricted depending on administrator settings.

Features related to 'Download' are not displayed on devices without permission.

Download photos and videos from lists

You can download photos and videos stored in Drive to your device.

PC Web

  1. Hover the mouse over the photo or video you want to download.
  2. Click .

Drive App

  1. Tap next to the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
  2. Download a photo or video file to your device.
    • Android: Tap 'Download'.
    • iOS: Select the location to download the file.
      • Save to Photos
      • Save to Files

Download documents and other files from lists

PC Web

  1. Hover the mouse over the file to download.
  2. Click .

Drive App

  1. Tap next to the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
  2. Download documents and other files.
    • Android: Tap 'Download'.
    • iOS: Tap 'Save to Files'.

Download multiple files

You can download multiple files at once.

PC Web

  1. Select the file you want to download from the file list on Drive. To select all files, click at the top left.
    • Show items in a list: Click at the far left of the file you want to download in the file list.
    • Show items as icons: Hover the mouse over the file, then click at the top left that appears.
  2. Click 'Download' at the top of the list or right-click on one of the files and then click 'Download'.

Drive App

  1. Long-press the file you want to download in the file list on Drive.
  2. Tap and select the files.
    You can also select all files on the screen by pressing 'Select All' at the top right.
  3. Perform 'Download' on the selected files.
    • Android: Tap at the bottom.
    • iOS: Tap at the bottom.  Tap 'Save to Photos' or 'Save to Files' depending on where you want to save the file.

Download files from preview screen

You can download files while checking files saved in Drive.

PC Web

  1. Double-click the file you want to view.
  2. Click at the top right to save the file to your device.

Drive App

  1. Tap the file in Drive.
  2. Save the file.
    • Android: Tap at the bottom.
    • iOS: Tap at the top right, then select the location where you want to download the file.
      • Save to Photos
      • Save to Files
