Manage blocked contacts

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

When there are blocked external contacts, members who are given the external connection authority by the administrator can check, unblock, or delete blocked external contacts.

Check blocked contacts

You can view the list of blocked users.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Chat with External Users'.
  4. Tap 'Blocked Members' to check the list.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click  on the top right.
  4. Click on the right of 'Manage Blocked External Users'.
  5. View the list of blocked users.

PC App

  1. Click  on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Chat with External Users' tab.
  4. Click 'Edit' under 'Blocked Members'.
  5. View the list of blocked users.

Unblock blocked contacts

You can unblock blocked users.

Mobile

  1. Tap ‘Home’ on the bottom.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap 'Chat with External Users'.
  4. Tap 'Blocked Members'.
  5. Tap 'Edit' on the right of the user you want to unblock or delete.
  6. Tap 'Unblock'.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click 'Message'.
  3. Click  on the top right.
  4. Click on the right to 'Manage Blocked External Users'.
  5. Click 'Unblock' next to the user.

PC App

  1. Click  on the bottom left of the screen.
  2. Click 'Settings'.
  3. Click the 'Chat with External Users' tab.
  4. Click 'Edit' under 'Blocked Members'.
  5. Click 'Unblock' next to the user.
