Respond to a form

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

Members can check the received form and respond during the response period.

Check received forms

You can check the forms you have been designated as a respondent or have completed responding to.

You can check the list of forms received in total or by form progress.

  • Total: You can view the list of all forms.
  • In progress: You can view the list of forms in which the form period has not ended.
  • Closed: You can view the list of forms in which the period you can respond has ended.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Home' on the bottom.
  2. Tap ‘Form’.
  3. Tap on the top left and then ‘Received Form’.
  4. Tap 'Total', 'In progress', or 'Closed' on the top to view the form list.

PC Web

  1. Click on the top.
  2. Click ‘Form’.
  3. Click ‘Received Form’ on the left menu.
  4. Click .
    Click ‘Total’, ‘In progress’ or ‘Closed’ to view the form list.

Respond to received forms

You can respond to forms on the received form list or forms received via emails, messages, and posts in Board.

However, you can only respond to forms during the form period. If the form is targeted for specific members, only those who are selected can respond to the form.

If you leave the page while responding, you can temporarily save it and continue responding later.

Mobile

  1. Tap 'Participate' on the received form list.
    Alternatively, you can tap the 'Participate' button in the form that was received via posts, messages, emails, etc.
  2. After responding to the form, tap ‘Submit’ on the bottom.

PC Web

  1. Click 'Participate' on the received form list.
    Alternatively, click the 'Participate' button in the form that was received via posts, messages, emails, etc.
  2. After responding to the form, click ‘Submit’ on the bottom.

If the form is set to share the results with the respondents, you can view the form results after submitting.
