Import/Export events

This feature is available after applying for the Lite, Standard, or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.

Import events

You can import files to your calendar by saving the events of other calendar services as .iCal files.

However, you cannot import events to External Calendar, Task Calendar, and Company Calendar.

PC Web

  1. In 'My events mode' of Calendar, hover the mouse over the calendar from the list on the left to import events.
  2. Click   .
  3. Click 'Import/Export'.
  4. You can either enter the external URL or attach an .iCal file.
  5. Click 'Import'. You can import events up to the size of 3 MB.

Export events

You can specify a period or select the last month to export calendars. By exporting calendars, you can back up your calendar data.

However, you cannot export events from External Calendar, Task Calendar, and Company Calendar.

Also, the event can only be exported if the administrator has turned on the 'Export events' setting.

PC Web

  1. In 'My events mode' of Calendar, hover the mouse over the calendar from the list on the left to export events.
  2. Click   .
  3. Click 'Import/Export'.
  4. You can either select the last month or specify a period to export the event as a file.
  5. Click 'Export'. You can export events for up to 6 months.
