View tasks

This feature is available after applying for NAVER WORKS Core.

You can sort tasks by date registered, deadline, or set whether to view completed tasks.

Sort tasks

You can select the following sorting criteria. The list is shown in the order of date registered by default.

  • By date registered: Sort in the order of most recently created tasks.
  • By deadline: Sort in the order of Past, Today, Tomorrow, Within 7 Days, Onwards, and No Deadline.

Mobile

  1. In a message room, tap  and then 'Task'.
  2. Tap   on the top of the task list.
  3. Tap the sorting option you want to apply.

PC Web

  1. In a message room, click 'Task' tab on the right.
  2. Click   on the top of the task list.
  3. Click the sorting option you want to apply.

Set to view completed tasks

You can set whether to view completed tasks in the list.

Mobile

  1. In a message room, tap  and then 'Task'.
  2. Tap   on the top of the task list.
  3. Turn 'Show completed tasks' on or off.

PC Web

  1. In a message room, click 'Task' tab on the right.
  2. Click   on the top of the task list.
  3. Turn on/off the 'Show completed tasks' option.

Mark task as complete or incomplete

On the task list, you can mark tasks as complete or incomplete.

Mobile

  1. In a message room, tap  and then 'Task'.
  2. On the task list, tap  on the left of a task to mark a task as complete, or tap to mark it as incomplete.

PC Web

  1. In a message room, click 'Task' tab on the right.
  2. On the task list, click  on the left of a task to mark the task as complete, or click  to mark it as incomplete.

You can also mark a task as complete or incomplete on the task details screen.

Mark task as complete for me or incomplete for me

If a task has multiple assignees and the completion condition is ‘Completed by all assignees’, you can mark your task as complete or incomplete on the task list.

Even if you mark your task as complete or incomplete, other assignees’ completion statuses remain the same.

Mobile

  1. Tap in the message room, and then 'Task'.
  2. If you tap to the left of a task on the task list, only your task will be marked as complete and will be displayed. If you tap one more time, only your task will be marked as incomplete and will disappear.

PC Web

  1. In the message room, click the ‘Task’ tab on the right of the screen.
  2. If you click to the left of a task on the task list, only your task will be marked as complete and will be displayed. If you click one more time, only your task will be marked as incomplete and will disappear.

On the task details screen, you can mark the task as ‘Complete for Me’ or ‘Incomplete for Me’.

View details

You can check the details of a task, such as its content, due date, assigner, assignee, completion condition, and attached files.

You can download photos, videos, or files attached to a task to your device or Drive.

View task history

You can view the task history that includes work hours and the person who worked on it.

The task history is updated when:

  • Task is created
  • Changed task content, deadline, assigner, assignee, or completion condition
  • Added or deleted attachments
  • Task is shared with a message room
  • Changed task to complete or incomplete
  • Assignee changed task to complete or incomplete for me
  • Changed task to automatically completed or incomplete
  • Task is deleted

Mobile

  1. In a message room, tap  and then 'Task'.
  2. Tap the task to view from the list and check the task history on the bottom.

PC Web

  1. In a message room, click 'Task' tab on the right.
  2. Click the task to view from the list and check the task history on the bottom.
