Delete the NAVER WORKS account and cancel the service and product subscription.

Learn what deleting your account means

When you delete your account, all product subscriptions will be canceled, and your data will be deleted. Make sure to back up data before deleting.

The following are backup methods.

Cases when account deletion is unavailable

In the following cases, you cannot delete the NAVER WORKS account.

  • If two or more basic products are currently in use without cancellation
    (e,g, NAVER WORKS Core Standard + NAVER WORKS Business Support Approval)
  • If the subdomain of the corporate group has not yet been deleted

How to delete your account

  1. Select 'Settings' from the left menu of Admin to expand the menu. Then press 'Delete NAVER WORKS' to access the 'Delete NAVER WORKS' screen.
  2. Press 'Go to survey' on the bottom.
  3. Answer the survey. Select the reason for withdrawal and enter your email address to receive NAVER WORKS-related news by email.
  4. Enter your password and press 'Delete Account'.

You can withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform if you have one or fewer LINE WORKS family products under contract.

Caution

If you withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform, all usage data for LINE WORKS family products will be deleted. Please back up any necessary data from the menu below before proceeding with the cancellation.

To withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform, you must first complete the procedures below.

Additionally, if there are no contracts for LINE WORKS family products or if you have only contracted the Free Plan and have not logged in for 60 days, you will be automatically withdrawn from the LINE WORKS platform and all data will be deleted.

Withdrawal from the LINE WORKS platform

You can withdraw from the LINE WORKS platform.

  1. Open 'Settings' in the left menu of the admin screen and select 'Delete Account'. On mobile, press the icon to display the menu.
  2. Click 'Go to survey'.
  3. Select a reason for canceling the LINE WORKS family product. If you would like to continue receiving news or service-related notifications from LINE WORKS, please enter your email address.
  4. Enter the password for the administrator account.
  5. Click 'Delete Account'.

However, if you contracted through a sales partner, you must contact that partner to proceed with the withdrawal.
