This feature is available after applying for WORKS Drive or the Standard or Standard Plus plan of NAVER WORKS Core.
You can add members to a specific folder in My Drive or enable co-editing.
Invite members
You can add members to a specific folder.
Added members can access the contents of the folder and create or modify files.
You can select permission to read or edit folders for each member.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the folder list to the left.
- Right-click the folder to add members, or click
. - Click 'Add Members'.
- Enter the names or email addresses of members, departments, or groups to add to 'Share with', or click 'Contacts' to select members.
- Click 'OK'.
Drive App
- Tap 'My Drive' at the bottom.
- Tap
of the folder to add members. - Tap 'Add Members'.
- Select the members to add, and tap 'Confirm'.

Add folder members
You can always add new members to the folder.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the folder list to the left.
- Right-click the folder to add members, or click
. - Click 'Folder Members'.
- Enter the names or email addresses of members, departments, or groups to add to 'Share with', or click 'Contacts' to select members.
- Click 'OK'.

- Select the members to add, and tap 'Confirm'.

You can view the list of members in the shared folder and set read or write permissions for each member.

right to the 'Add Members'. - Check the member information.
Select permission for each added member
You can select permission to edit or read the shared folder for each member.
The default is set to 'Editable'.

- Click 'Edit' of the member to change permission.

Remove members from a shared folder
You can remove members from shared folders.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the folder list to the left.
- Right-click the folder to remove members, or click
. - Click 'Folder Members'.
- Click 'x' next to the member you want to remove.
- Click 'OK'.

- Tap
of the folder to remove members. - Tap 'Folder Members'.
- Tap
at the top right. - Tap 'Edit' or 'View'.
- Tap 'Remove'.
Unshare a folder
You can unshare a folder.
PC Web
- Click
at the top. - Click 'Drive'.
- Click 'My Drive' in the folder list to the left.
- Right-click the folder to unshare, or click
. - Click 'Folder Members'.
- Click 'Unshare'.
- Click 'OK'.

- Tap
of the folder to unshare. - Tap 'Folder Members'.
- Tap 'Unshare'.
Rename a shared folder
The Folder who added members to a folder can rename the folder by clicking 'Rename'. The folder name displayed to added members will also change.
